Mr. Hooks has a long record of successfully guiding his clients with purchasing and selling residential, commercial and land development for apartment and residential housing. Scott is also highly experienced with Family Trust and Estate Sales. He is recognized as one of the top 10 Realtors through the Riverside Board of Realtors, and also a member of the top 5% salesmen in the Inland Empire. Scott has been full time real estate since 1974. Scott completed over 2000 transactions to date in all areas of real estate.

Scott is very involved with Harvest Christian Fellowship Church for over 40 yrs. Scott is also very well known for his position on the board of several Sports Hall of Fame Organizations. Prior to real estate license, Scott taught and coached football and track at Notre Dame High School Riverside and Arlington High School in Riverside Ca. In addition to being a student athlete at UCLA and receiving a Bachler of Science from Cal Poly State University Pomona, Scott is also highly active with the National Association of Realtors, California Associations of Realtors, Inland Valleys Association of Realtors and California Regional Multiple Listing Service.
