About Me...
In 1975, as a member of the first graduating class of Riverside’s Arlington High School, I was uncertain of my next step in life. As did many other graduates, I registered at Riverside City College to see if a path became clear. It was when I was listening to a friend that had decided he wanted to learn about Real Estate that I became intrigued with that thought. My father was already a Realtor and the thought of helping the people in Riverside with real estate transactions was of great interest to me. My family had many generations in Riverside and I was very interested in the City’s history and prosperity.
I had many proud moments as the owner of WCI Real Estate brokerage here in Riverside. In my past 46 years as a Realtor/Broker, I have been able to keep my fingers on the pulse of the evolving real estate market and advise my clients accordingly. Multi-generational clients have come to appreciate my Real Estate experience and loan background as I help them through their transactions.
I have had the pleasure to serve on several boards such as the City’s Transportation Board, the City’s Long Night of Science and Innovation and the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce Downtown Division. I also worked an extensive time with Habitat for Humanity to locate and assist them with homes to purchase in need of extensive repair before new ownership could occur.
